Questions groups ask us
Who can see our money?
Only people you invite. Every query is scoped to your organization, and members can only read data for groups they belong to.
Can two people record payments at once?
Yes. Payments are stored as individual rows, so simultaneous entries never overwrite each other.
What happens when I close the month?
The current balance becomes next month's rollover, outstanding amounts carry forward as debt, overpayments carry forward as credit, and the close is recorded in the activity log.
Can I bring in the ledger I already keep?
Import CSV or Excel directly, or upload a PDF statement or a photo of a handwritten book — we extract the rows and you confirm each one before anything saves.
What if we don't use a 30% contribution?
Deductions are yours to define. Add as many labelled percentages as your group needs, or none at all.
Is there a shared admin PIN?
No. Access is role-based: owners manage settings and people, accountants record money, members read.
