Privacy policy
What we store
Your account email and display name, the organizations you belong to, and the ledger data your group enters: member names, payments, transactions, attendance and uploaded import files.
Who can see it
Only members of your organization. Access rules are enforced in the database, not just in the app, so data cannot be read across organizations.
Uploaded documents
Files you import are stored privately and scoped to your organization. PDFs and photos are sent to an AI provider solely to extract ledger rows.
Deletion
An owner can delete an organization at any time, which removes its members, payments, transactions, attendance and activity history.
